Robert Marsden, FCA, Partner

Robert MarsdenHaving practised as an accountant in Watford since 1983, Robert has established a strong client portfolio, with particular focus on growing owner-managed businesses.

Robert took up his post at Myers Clark in 1995 and believes the keys to Myers Clark's success are its ability to deliver a wide range of expert advice to its clients and the importance the firm places on the development of strong personal relationships with those clients and its business contacts.

"At Myers Clark the emphases are very much on the quality of advice provided and the way our services are delivered. As a Myers Clark Partner I am able to spend more time with individual clients, work closely with them and build up long-term relationships."

"Easy access to expertise is also important; Myers Clark is one of the few firms that I am aware of where not only is the level of expertise extensive, but it is also readily available. Delivery like this is rare and gives us a very important competitive advantage", added Robert.

In addition to being an Audit Partner, Robert's other specialisms include business development, tax planning (including international) and corporate finance.

Married with a grown family, Robert and his wife enjoy many activities including cycling, skiing, sailing, canoeing and golf.
