Support
Support is a given. It keeps you compliant, protects your business and keeps you right in the eyes of HMRC. That support comes in many ways – from help setting up new technology to benefit the business, to a quick phone call checking VAT calculations. Support means we have your back when it matters.
We’ll ensure:
- You’re doing things correctly, minimising the
risk of penalties and saving tax. - You’re regularly updated on your key numbers
so you can make informed decisions.
Our fees in this phase start from
£500 per month
For a business owner in the support phase, we’ll typically:
- Prepare their end-of-year
accounts and tax return, making
sure they are filed on time and
compliant with HMRC. - Help them get set up and trained
on cloud accounting software so
that they can access real time
information - Prepare quarterly management
accounts - Meet with them every six months
to ensure they understand how
the business is performing.
Challenge
Great support creates the foundation from which growth can flourish. But ambitious owners also accept being challenged; having their thought processes, decisions and strategies challenged to make sure they’re right for the business.
We’ll ensure:
- You’re not simply doing things the way you always have done
- You’re building the right systems to free you up to develop the business
- We’re dealing with the financial stuff so you’re less trapped by the finance function
- You’re getting a handle on your cash so you’re able to improve your situation.
Our fees in this phase start
from £1,275 per month
In addition to everything in the Support phase, we help business owners in the Challenge phase with:
- Take over the bookkeeping to free up their own or their team’s time including submitting VAT returns
- Look after their payroll and auto-enrolment duties
- Provide them with quarterly, tailored management information including cashflow forecasts
- Quarterly meetings to dive deeper into the business and provide input for key decisions.
Achieve
Everything we do is in pursuit of you achieving your ambitions. As you grow and meet your goals, we’ll continue to ask “What’s next?” and use future planning tools to plan for the big decisions of the future – grow, replicate, sell.
We’ll ensure:
- You’re on the right path and stay on track as things change in your business
- Refocusing and reviewing the roadmap when needed
- You don’t get caught up on the small fires and stay focused on the bigger picture
Our fees in this phase would be
from £2,500 per month
In the Achieve phase it is all about achieving your ambitions and therefore a typical client in this phase will know that everything is being covered under Support and Challenge and will also be wanting us to:
- Track and measure their goals and key KPIs, adapting the business plan as we move forward
- Hold them to account on their key actions
- Stay future-focused with scenario planning
