The story behind the Myers Clark rebrand

At Myers Clark, we’re serious about your ambitions (but we’re not serious people). 

This statement is front and centre on our new home page, and one of the fundamental reasons for our rebrand. Over the past nine months, we’ve been working to create a visual identity that matches who we are as a business and the ambitious business owners we’re proud to work with. 

 

We’re in the people business. It became vitally important to us that our new brand and website resonated with the kind of business owners we’re best placed to help.

We help our clients progress out of their comfort zones, and this rebrand process took us out of ours

 

Although we’ve been in business for 100+ years, we’re far from a ‘traditional firm’. We are on the journey with you, and we take your goals in business as seriously as you do. 

 

Doing what is necessary to stay compliant with HMRC just scratches the surface. We encourage our clients out of their comfort zone, but supporting and challenging them on their path to success. 

 

It didn’t take us long to realise our identity online was not saying any of that. Although our brand had always projected the amount of years we’ve been in business, the website was not reflecting the weight of experience the Myers Clark team brings to the table. The brand identity and website we had was safe

 

Having been through this big brand transformation after many years of playing it safe, we now better appreciate and understand how our clients feel when we’re challenging them to make the necessary changes to achieve their ambitions. That is why we believe it is so important to have a support system by your side. Change is scary!

We wanted to represent the feeling of collaboration between the Myers Clark team and our clients, and show that we’re committed to guiding you to more prosperity and growth.

 

You might see the logo as a handshake, or as one person leading the other by the arm. You may see it as a transition from one pathway to another – a brighter direction. All of this is intentional. 

 

Because at Myers Clark, we believe in relationships, not transactions. 

 

Our clients are more than just a number to us. We utilise tech, and help all our clients make the most of technology in their business, but the support is delivered by real experienced people who care about the real challenges and successes you will face. We wanted our passion for true partnership to be integral to the new brand design.

That’s not to say this isn’t an exciting change for you. Despite being in business for over 100 years, we’re always learning and growing – and seeking out the best approach for our clients. 

 

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us in one way or another.
